Grab a fresh juice and tea and enjoy a slow morning watching the first surfers roll out to catch some waves before heading to the ocean view Yoga Shala for the morning practice.
​
Daily morning Yoga and movement classes combined with breath activations and meditation will wake you and set you up for a day in paradise.
​
Take your time to journal and bring your thoughts and intentions on paper before indulging yourself into a nourishing organic vegetarian community brunch.
​
The afternoon is yours to explore the town , relax by the pool, surf and connect with your new friends.
​
After lunch we meet late afternoon for another slow practice (Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow) or ritual (Cacao/Blue Lotus Ceremony, Temazcal, Ecstatic Dance).
​
Integration of the day and a sunset by the beach with your toes in the sand will not be missed.
​
Back at the resort we gather for a traditional Mexican dinner with fresh and organic ingredients from the area before watching the stars and snuggling into bed.

How to get to Barbarenas
​
Puerto Escondido International Airport is only 20 min. from Barbarenas and HUX Bahias De Huatulco International Airport is 1,5h from to Barbarenas.
Airport pick up is not included in the retreat package since people usually arrive at different days but I am happy to assist you with arranging transportation.
Hotel Barbarenas offers airport pick-up from PMX and HUX for an additional charge. Also taxis and group taxis are available at both airports.
Yes you can arrive earlier and also stay londer at Barbarenas Eco Resort or other places around Puerto Escondido.
