Pop Up in the Park

Join me for an intimate summer morning in the park.

Starting your day with intention and the heart medicine of cacao, moving through a Shamanic Yoga practice through the 3 worlds (lower, middle, upper world), closing with a grounding meditation and fruit sharing afterwards.

You will feel activated, connected, nourished and ready for the weekend.

Ceremonial cacao is the purest form of cacao you can find. It's never heated above 42 degrees, so all the nutrients are still alive. It´sa superfood that has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture for ceremonies and rituals. Until today cocoa is one of their most precious treasures. Thats why they also call it "liquid gold" or "food of the gods". I am honored to share the medicine with the local community and bring the plant wisdom from the jungle into the city.

What to expect:

* 1 cup of ceremonial cocoa and opening ceremony

* 75 min Yoga Practice, Meditation and Pranayama

* Fruit sharing to ground afterwards and time to connect with the community

Cocoa & Yoga ritual followed by a fruit picnic

Join me for a heart-opening yoga session in the park tomorrow.

Start the day with intention, guided by the soul of cocoa, flow through the 3 worlds (lower, middle, higher world) through a shamanic yoga practice and a grounding meditation at the end. Afterwards there is fruit to ground us and enough time to exchange ideas with others.

You will feel activated, connected, empowered and ready to start the weekend.

Ceremonial cocoa is the purest form of cocoa you can find. It is never heated above 42 degrees during the whole process until you drink the cocoa. This means that all nutrients are retained and make it a real superfood. Cacao has been used in rituals and ceremonies in Mayan culture for thousands of years and remains one of the most precious treasures they have.

They also call cocoa "liquid gold" or "food of the gods". I'm happy to share the magical cacao and bring the plant's wisdom from the Clockwood to the city.
